松加电厂 was commissioned in 1964. The power plant uses the water resources in the Tokke/Vinje river system and parts of the Skien river system. The gross height of fall is 287 metres. The installed capacity is 140 MW.

松加电厂 is equipped with a Francis turbine, the largest generating unit available for delivery at the time.
